REFUNDS POLICY
Ahmedabad United Football Club (AUFC), a unit of Renes Sports Management Pvt Ltd, follows a transparent and fair refund policy for all academy programs, training sessions, camps, and events.
1. General Refund Policy
All fees paid to Ahmedabad United FC are generally non-refundable.
Once a player is registered and payment is completed, fees will not be refunded for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of personal plans

Non-attendance of sessions
-
Early withdrawal from a program
-
Scheduling conflicts
-
Loss of interest or availability
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Ahmedabad United FC, such as:

Program cancellation by AUFC

Serious medical conditions (supported by valid medical documentation)

Other unforeseen circumstances approved by club management

Any approved refund will be processed after applicable administrative or processing deductions.
3. Non-Transferability
Fees paid are non-transferable to another player or program unless explicitly approved in writing by AUFC.
Missed sessions will not be compensated or refunded.
4. Trial Fees & Short-Term Programs
Fees paid for trials, camps, private training sessions, or short-term programs are strictly non-refundable unless the program is cancelled by AUFC.
5. Payment Disputes
Any concerns regarding payments must be raised in writing within 7 days of payment. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
6. Policy Updates
Ahmedabad United FC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
