• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless specified under a separate refund policy.

• AUFC reserves the right to revise fees, schedules, or program structure when necessary.

5. Code of Conduct

All players, parents, and visitors are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Misconduct, indiscipline, or actions harming the club’s reputation may result in suspension or removal from programs without refund.

6. Health and Safety

Football is a physical sport. By enrolling, players acknowledge that:

• Participation involves physical activity and potential risk of injury

• Players should be medically fit to train and compete

• AUFC is not responsible for injuries arising from negligence outside club supervision

• Parents/guardians must inform the club of any medical conditions or special needs.

7. Photography and Media Use

AUFC may take photos or videos during training, matches, and events for promotional and official purposes, including social media and website content. By participating, players and guardians consent to such use unless formally requested otherwise in writing.

• Post or transmit harmful or inappropriate material
